Top Nigerian reggae and dancehall star, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie also known as Patoranking, has taken to social media to show appreciation to indigenous rapper, Reminisce for giving his career a lift in 2012 when he was unpopular.

The ‘Alubarika‘ hitmaker took to his social media on Wednesday, November 3 and posted pictures of Reminisce’s 2012 album “Book of Rap Stories,” with a note of thanks.

Patoranking expressed his gratitude for the opportunity the rapper availed him back then while he was still struggling as an upcoming reggae singer.

On the album, Reminisce featured Patoranking on a track titled “Tinkin”.

Pato tweeted; “God bless You @IamReminisce Real OG before IG…You gave me a shot in 2012 to be on your album When no one knew who I was…Thank You Alaga. Grateful.”
