10 youth have been reportedly arrested from different locations in Bende local government area of Abia State.

According to an eyewitness, the soldiers were seen arresting every body at a newspaper spot discussing about IPOB, ESN, UGM.
He added that soldiers are now arresting youths using transport vehicles once you entered they will bring out topic of UGM or ESN if you respond or join them they will start beating the person and will take he/she to their station.
