The media and publicity secretary of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Emma Powerful has asked the governor of Imo State to be specific if he wants to make peace with IPOB.
Governor Hope Uzodinma who has said he is willing and available for any meaningful dialogue with any group that would bring an end to violence in the state.
