The leader of IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu on his last broadcast revealed that he will be present the day he will declare Biafra.
Nnamdi Kanu who once said that President Muhammadu Buhari and state governors cannot stop Nigeria break-up.
In his statement he added that whether the country would disintegrate or remain integrated should be determined by the people via a referendum.
